Not a call centre
You work with one project manager from the first consultation through the warranty — the same person who measured your bathroom answers the phone when you call about it.
Boise Bath is a division of Iron Crest Remodeling Group LLC, so this is the same Treasure Valley crew behind every Iron Crest project.

Project Manager
Ben focuses on bathroom and shower remodels and has built a home from the ground up — he understands every stage of a Treasure Valley build firsthand.

Project Manager
Russ rebuilt and remodeled his own home from the studs out, with his own two hands — so he runs every Boise bathroom project with a true craftsman’s eye.

Project Coordinator
With seven years in remodeling and a background in computer science, George orders the materials and keeps every Boise Bath project on schedule.
What we build

Custom showers with beautiful tile, glass, and details.

A safer, more functional upgrade in as little as one day.

Complete renovations designed for beauty, comfort, and function.
Photographs in this section illustrate the type of work — they are design visualisations, not documentation of a specific completed project. Real completed projects appear in the transformations section above and in the gallery.
Up close
A bathroom is judged from three feet away, every morning, for fifteen years. These are the joints that decide whether it holds up.

Thick tempered panels, measured after the tile is set so the fit is cut to the wall that exists rather than the one on the drawing.

Warm cabinetry against cold quartz. The contrast is the point — a bathroom finished entirely in cool surfaces photographs beautifully and lives coldly.

Mitred corners instead of trim, and grout lines that carry through from wall to niche. This is the work that is invisible when it is right.
Material close-ups, shown to illustrate the finishes we build with — not photographs of a specific completed project. Real completed work is in the gallery.

Why Boise Bath
Registered and insured in Idaho. The number is public — look it up before you call anyone, including us.
Written, not implied, and separate from the manufacturer warranties on materials, which we register on your behalf.
Your quote lists scope, materials and payment schedule. It moves only for something genuinely hidden — old plumbing, a rotted subfloor — and we price that with you before continuing.
The same person from the first measurement through the final walkthrough. You are never re-explaining your project to someone new.
Bathroom work that moves plumbing or electrical usually needs a permit. We pull them and coordinate the inspections as part of the job.
Boise Bath is a bathroom-focused division, so a specialist crew does the work with an established Treasure Valley remodeler behind it.
A bathroom packs plumbing, waterproofing, tile, electrical, ventilation and glass into a few square metres, in a fixed order. We built a team that does nothing else. Why we're bathroom-only.
